Two people have lost their lives in landslides that occurred in Tamung of Bandipur Rural Municipality-3 in Tanahun district. The police have informed that three people have been injured in the incident with the condition of one person serious.
Those who died in the incident have been identified as 30-year-old Saraswati Thapa and 70-year-old Hari Maya Basel. Local representative of the ward, Harka Bahadur Thapa, informed that the deceased lost their lives at the site of the incident.
Those who are injured have been identified as Dil Bahadur Magar, Dauri Maya Magar and Subash Thapa. Ward representative Thapa said that four houses in the vicinity are in danger due to the landslides.
