All-party meeting is being held today

An all-party meeting is being held today at the invitation of Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba. The meeting has been called to discuss the current political issues including the ongoing obstruction in the parliament.

The meeting will be held at 4 pm with top leaders of all the parties participating in the parliament, according to Prime Minister Deuba's Secretariat.  On Friday, CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal during a meeting with Prime Minister Deuba had requested an all-party meeting with the objective of reaching a conclusion among the parties on current political issues of the country and opening of parliamentary impediments.
