Chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that the American aid project (MCC) can be approved only after the project is amended.
Speaking at a program organized by the Integrated Progressive Teachers' Association of Nepal here today, he said that the amendment was necessary as there were concerns that the project was purely financial assistance.
