For the first time, the Rastriya Janamorcha has been able to lead in one of the ten local levels of Baglung. Rastriya Janamorcha's Nara Bahadur was re-elected as the chief of Jamini Nagar.

Besides, Rajmo has got the opportunity to lead in one of the four municipalities in the district. Apart from the Nepali Congress and the CPN (UML), Rajmo is the third party to lead the city. This time, the CPN (Maoist Center) has not been able to lead in the town of Baglung.

However, the Maoists have been able to lead the deputy chiefs of Galkot and Baglung in this election. The Maoists have already led the village councils. The Maoists, who led in Tarakhola in the last election, got the opportunity this time as well. The party, which was the main contender in the previous local elections in Jamini Nagar, has re-emerged as the chief by forming an alliance with the Nepali Congress.

Rajmo had competed with UML in the previous election. It is seen that some opportunities and some challenges will come with the re-cooperation of the mayor. After the parties that did not get the leadership of the city from the first election, the formation of the local level came to the leadership however, the people of the city claim to have got the party which has not been investigated. With the arrival of a new party in the leadership, there is a natural hope for development among the people.

Despite being a weak force across the country, Rajmo has been taking the task of administrative reform in the town of Jamini, which is a strong force in Baglung. Purna Prasad Sharma of Jamini Municipality-1 said, "Administrative reform and development of infrastructure are the main tasks of our city. We are optimistic about what you do. It remains to be seen."

Earlier, Rajmo led Bareng village in Baglung district and won the vice-presidency in Kathekhola village, where successful work has been done. The UML was led by Kathekhola while Rajmo held both the posts in Bareng. It is seen that Baglung will take the experience of leadership of different parties in the village and town from the local level of the district.

While Rajmo is in the role of chief in Gemini, the deputy chief Nepali Congress has won. In Baglung Nagar and Galkot Nagar, the UCPN (M) has won the post of Congress chief while the deputy chief has won. In Tarakhola, the UCPN (M) has got the central chairman and in Bareng village Rajmo has got the vice-chairman.

In Nisikhola, the Congress has won the post of chairman and the UCPN (M) has won the post of vice-chairman. In Tamankhola, the Congress has won both the posts. In Dhorpatan, the UML candidate has been elected as the chief while the Congress candidate has been elected as the deputy chief.

As a result, it is certain that there will be chiefs and deputy chiefs with different views at all local levels of the district. It has been found that when the parties with different views come to the leadership at the local level, the general public starts hoping that there will be no action against the harmony of the people.
