Himalaya Airlines has started Kathmandu-Kuwait direct flight. The company announced through a press release that the flight has been operated in Kuwait as the eighth destination while expanding to more international destinations.
Himalaya Airlines successfully operated its first scheduled flight on July 15, 2022, for the sixth Gulf City, Kuwait. It left Tribhuvan International Airport at 22:32 on Friday night and landed in Kathmandu at 09:17 this morning.
Airport General Manager Premnath Thakur and other special guests were present at the flight inauguration program. The airline said that Airbus 320 aircraft will operate flights from Kathmandu to Kuwait every Friday and from Kuwait to Kathmandu every Saturday.
