Lalita Niwas case

Public Prosecutors Office, Kathmandu, has returned the investigation report of the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB), Nepal Police in the Lalita Niwas case.

The CIB has completed its investigation into the land grabbing case of Lalita Niwas in Baluwatar and submitted a report to the Public Prosecutor.

Judgment in the case of Baburam Bhattarai and Madhav Kumar Nepal is scheduled to come on November 15.
