Dailekh District Court on Monday sentenced a 50-year-old man with 33 years in jail convicting him in a rape charge against his 17-year-old daughter.

A 65-year-old man and his grandson were killed by unidentified miscreants on Sunday night while they were asleep, police informed.

84-year-old Jagat Prasad Shilpkar, a resident of Changunarayan Municipality-2, Bhaktapur, died in his own house after burning.

The deceased has been identified as Jit Bahadur Gole, 65, of Raksirang Village Municipality-8.
