A labor agreement has been reached between Nepal and Germany. A bilateral labor agreement has been signed between the government of Nepal and Germany on the issue of taking trainee workers from Nepal to get service facilities like German citizens.
According to the labor agreement, as required by the German government, trainee workers can go to Germany as a trainee for one year by applying through the online system.
It is mentioned in the memorandum of understanding that trainee workers going to Germany can work in the relevant field only after passing the training according to their interest and ability. According to the agreement, no specific region has been designated for going to Germany and it has been opened to send to all regions by requesting applications based on the needs.
