Three major associations of the private sector have said that protecting the industries and employment is the immediate need of the hour in this difficult time as industries have suffered a lot due to the adverse situation created from the COVID-19 pandemic.
In a joint statement on Tuesday, the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC) and Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) have said that there was no option but to make additional efforts from the entire labourers to build back better and revive the industries that suffered badly due to the pandemic.
The associations have also urged the entire labourers to support in making conducive environment to run industries unhindered to come out from the current hard times by maintaining industrial peace.
