Bansbari land case: Three released including Chaudhary

Three people, including the owner and businessman of Champion Footwear Limited, Arun Chaudhary, who was arrested in the land case of the Bansbari leather shoe factory, have been released.

According to the order of Kathmandu District Court, the then Executive Chairman of Bansbari Leather Shoe Factory Limited, Ajit Narayan Singh Thapa, and Sanjay Thakur, Director of CG Chandbagh Residency Pvt. Ltd., along with Chaudhary, were released on bail today, Central Bureau of Investigation (CIB) spokesperson and Superintendent of Police Navraj Adhikari informed.

He said, "According to the order of the district court in Kathmandu, all three people have been released today on bail, although the investigation of the case is ongoing."
