Children Minister insists on reclaiming Balmandir's properties

 Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizens, Surendra Raj Acharya, has said the government was concerned over irregularities reported on the Balmandir (Nepal's Children Organisation).

In his address to an award distribution ceremony organised by the Balmandir central office here Friday, the Minister said the Ministry's serious concern was drawn to the alleged irregularities of the Organisation's land and other properties.

He stressed that the Balmandir's properties grabbed illegally at different times would be brought back to its own ownership.

The Minister also took time to highlight the need to run the Organisation lawfully.

In the programme organized on the occasion of the 59th National Children's Day, winners of art, singing, and dance competitions were honoured.
