Kathmandu is bringing back its "No horn program". As per the campaign, horns not only cause noise pollution but are also negative for a person's mental health.
Kathmandu Metropolitan Chief Balendra Shah said that it has been restarted. No horn was implemented in Kathmandu Valley 5 years ago. It is forbidden to blow the horn in any situation other than emergency.
