There has been heavy rain in many places of Kanchanpur, Kailali in the last 3 hours. It is said that there will be more rain in those places. As the small rivers of Khutia, Kandra, Mohana, Suheli, Chaudhar etc. in those districts may suddenly flood, stay alert till 12 noon at the flood prone area.
