The final rites of litterateur and journalist Rajendra Parajuli were performed yesterday evening at Pashupati Aryaghat.
Suffering from pneumonia, Parajuli breathed his last at B&B Hospital at Gwarko, Lalitpur, on Tuesday morning. He was 61.
Parajuli was an established journalist and writer who wrote in all three genres of literature -- story, novel and poem. His recent publication is Jantarmantar, an anthology of stories.
Parajuli's other publications include 'Aghori', 'Koteshworko Keto', 'Shukraraj Shashtriko Chasma', 'Anayika', 'Sapanama Marx', 'Jadoma Bhok' and many others.
As a journalist, late Parajuli worked for Rajdhani Daily, Nepal Samacharpatra, Nagarik Daily and Arthik Abhiyan and some online portals too.
