Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that it was necessary to quell the conspiracy of those trying to reverse the achievements in the name of changes.

At an assembly organized by Socialist Front Nepal in Dhangadhi district on Monday, PM Dahal, also the Chairman of the CPN (Maoist Centre), asserted that whatever incidents were being manifested in various places of the country in the name of the religious and ethnic issues were the 'design' of the regressive and counter-revolutionary forces trying to reverse the achievements.

"These incidents did not just happen. There is a big 'design' of regressive forces. We all should be resinous and protect the achievements of changes," the PM said.

Pressing for the need to further strengthen the government's relation with the public, PM Dahal viewed that it was necessary to move forward from all three fronts – the government, parliament and the street.

According to him, the message given by the Socialist Front after its establishment has sent a positive vibes in the people in the Sudurpaschim Province and the public towards it was visible.

On a different note, the PM said that his government was effortful to embark on a 'new' journey towards social justice, good-governance and prosperity.

He shared, "We have achieved success in delivering justice to the victims of loan sharks, investigation into the scam such as fake Bhutanese refugee, Lalita Niwas Land Grab and gold smuggling was moving ahead. Files on other irregularities and embezzlement will be opened soon."

Furthermore, Dahal argued that although changes were brought about in the political level and system of the country, there was still complexity due to the old bureaucracy, structure, rules and law as well as old way of working.

On a different note, he shared that final preparations were being made to take the Federal Civil Service Act to the parliament and the Education Act would be brought in accordance with the agreement with the teachers.

He clarified that Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba and NC leader Dr Shekhar Koirala and he had signed a commitment document regarding resolving the problems of the three-party coalition government formed in Koshi Province.

Prime Minister Dahal clarified that Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba, Dr. Shekhar Koirala and himself signed a letter of commitment to resolve the problem of the three alliances formed in Koshi Province. He assured that the current government in the Province will last for the next five years.

Similarly, CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairperson Madhav Kumar Nepal said that the Front was formed to bring together all the left-wing people subscribing to similar ideologies, understanding each other and having abilities.

Stating that the Front had accorded priority to job creation, maintain good-governance and ensuring prosperity, Nepal, also former Prime Minister, opined that the Front established in coalition of four parties had scared off many people.

He also claimed that the current five-party coalition would last for five years.

Likewise, Janata Samajwadi Party's Chairperson Upendra Yadav urged one and all to be aware and remain alert, warning that the current system of governance could be subverted.

Yadav, former Deputy Prime Minister, lamented that people's social problems were not yet fully resolved and their lives were not completely transformed for good although it's been eight years since the constitution was promulgated.

He stressed that the journey towards development and prosperity be advanced through the optimal use of water resources, modernization of agriculture and industrialization.

PM Dahal, earlier on Monday, had participated in the condolence assembly of the CPN (Maoist Centre) leader late Krishna Baduwal (Mahesh) at Lamki in Kailali district. Baduwal passed away on September 28 this year.
