Regular non-essential regular services from the geographically largest Pokhara Metropolitan City have been postponed from today.
The corporation has informed that the regular services have been suspended till January 30 after some employees became infected with the coronavirus recently.
According to Dhan Bahadur Nepali, spokesperson of the metropolis, services other than sanitation, health, and emergency services have been suspended as some employees are infected and other employees have symptoms similar to those of Covid.
According to him, services in four out of 33 wards of the metropolis have also been suspended due to corona infection. The branch and branch offices of the metropolis will also be closed. Most of the public service provider offices have been shut down in the district due to the recent transition.
