One dies on the spot in an accident

A person died on the spot when a tanker accident occurred at Levtar in Ichchakamana Rural Municipality of Chitwan.

The deceased has been identified as 32-year-old Santosh Khanal, who was riding in the tanker.

The driver of the tanker, 28-year-old Ram Watan Tanti, who was injured, is being treated at the College of Medical Sciences Hospital in Bharatpur.

District Police Office Chitwan has informed that the tanker with an Indian number coming from Mugling towards Kathmandu went out of control and overturned on the road.
