Birgunj Metropolitan Corporation has declared a public holiday after 2 pm today to watch the Asia Cup cricket tournament.
A notification has been issued to stop all services except essential services under the Metropolitan Corporation for watching cricket.
In order to increase the feeling towards the cricket game and to increase the morale of the Nepali cricket team, all the services except the essential services will be closed from 2 o'clock, the Metropolitan Municipality has informed.
