State-level committee formed to celebrate Democracy Day

To celebrate the 73rd National Democracy Day in a grand manner, a state-level main ceremony committee has been formed today under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister of Province No. 1, Hikmat Kumar Karki.
In the committee, all ministries of the state, the Speaker of the Assembly, the state assembly Members, offices, public institutions, various organizations, educational institutions and industrial establishments, Nepal Journalist Federation, etc. will be representatives or key members.
To celebrate this day on the 6th, 7th, and 8th of February in a grand manner, from the first day of this day, plantation of sanitation trees in all government offices.
Umesh Basnet, Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law informed that it is planned to hoist the national flag, creative and creative work focused on democracy, message articles on democracy, publishing and broadcasting, fruit and medicine distribution programs in hospitals and senior citizen homes, prisons, juvenile correctional homes.
It is said that Chief Minister Karki's address will be delivered on February 7th in conjunction with the district administration office and the Biratnagar Metropolitan City.
Chief Minister Karki was of the opinion that Democracy Day should be celebrated in a grand manner and not only in formalities. He made a comprehensive review of today's day and stressed that the services and facilities enjoyed by the common people should be easy and simple and that this day should be celebrated in a creative way.
