District administration office Dadeldhura started the time card service last week, which has made it easy for the service users. For the convenience of customers, the office has implemented time cards in 10 different types of services since last week.
Time card has been implemented by the administration in obtaining citizenship, applying for a passport, distributing passports printed by the passport department, registering national identity card details, association/institution renewal, Dalit/tribal verification, filing and filing cases, judgments in cases, minor identity cards and arms renewal services.
Chief District Officer Mohanraj Joshi informed that a time card has been implemented to provide service within 15 minutes when the necessary documents are received. Prajia Joshi said that the time card has been implemented to give priority to disabled and disabled people as well as senior citizens and service recipients who are in extreme problems.
Customer Raju Bhatt said that after the implementation of the time card, the compulsion to stay confused all day long for normal work is gone. Bhatt, who approached the district administration for the renewal of the institution, said that she got the service on time.
Pregnant women and women with children are being provided on a priority basis without queuing up.
