Speaker Dev Raj Ghimire said the Ubhauli festival would further help transfer culture and tradition to new generations.
In a message delivered on the occasion of Ubhauli festival today, he said, "The grand festival of the Kiranti community of Nepal would leverage mutual harmony and tolerance among the Nepali people and further consolidate social unity, peace and reconciliation".
