Nepali Congress (NC) leader Prakashman Singh said the people should elect the candidates who indeed served them in need.
In his address to the public gathering hosted by NC Bandipur village committee today, leader Singh said the people were searching for those who could brace up them during the pleasant and unpleasant moments.
"People do not want those who merely speak but do not know the ground realities of their place. People would evaluate the candidates accordingly in the by-election to be held on April 23", he further said.
