Deuba expresses grief over Thapa's demise

Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed grief over the death of Dhankuta district secretary of party, Krishna Thapa. Thapa had died in a road accident occurred at Biratchwok of Morang on Sunday night while going to Jhapa from Dhankuta.

The motorcycle Thapa was riding was hit by a tipper. Even his brother, Bhim Bahadur, riding together was seriously injured in the incident.

The late Thapa was 45 year old. Issuing a condolence message, President Deuba paid tribute to the late one and extended condolences to the bereaved family members. He also wished the speedy recovery of the injured one.

Deuba reminded that the late Thapa had played an active role in building party organization and Nepal's democratic movement.
