Death of a sportsperson during the National Games

One of the athletes participating in the paragliding competition has died today under the 9th National Games being conducted in Pokhara. Niseem Thapa, a 26-year-old player of the Nepal Army, who was injured when he fell on the ground while flying over Sarangkot, was taken to Metro City Hospital for treatment, and the doctor declared him dead at 12:45 p.m.
