Nepal participate in weightlifting in Asian Games

The final selection for Weightlifting has been completed, in which 4 players have been selected for the 19th Asian Games to be held in Hongzhou, China. The Asian Games will be played from September 23 to October 8, 2023.

Selcted Women’s:

1. Tikamaya Gurung (55 kg)

2. Sharda Chaudhary (64 kg)

Selected Men’s:

1. Bikas Bhatt (81 kg)

2. Bishal Singh Bista (96 kg)
