The U.S. will send Ukraine about $500 million in ammunition and equipment and spend more than $2 billion to buy an array of munitions, radar and new weapons to help Kyiv counter drones, as Ukrainian troops gear up against Russian forces.
A Russian An-12 aircraft with eight people on board disappeared from radar en route from Yakutsk to Irkutsk on Wednesday, RIA Novosti news agency reported.
