The RSS chapter of the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) honoured the Secondary Education Exam (SEE) passed-out children of RSS employees and journalists amidst a programme on Friday. A total of 10 SEE graduates of 2078BS and 2079 BS were honoured at the programme.

They are Alina Shrestha, Ankit Timilsina, Adityendra Jha, Ayush Pode, Drishya Basnet, Dipsona Giri, Jigyasha Neupane, Manisha Kumari Shah, Samiksha Dangal and Udhav Sharma.

On the occasion, RSS Executive Chairman Dharmendra Jha said the role of parents/guardians was vital in the personality development of their children. As he said, students are independent to pursue their dream and parents should play a facilitating role towards that end. "Parents are needed to create an atmosphere conducive for their children to explore their interests and advance towards the goals," Chairman Jha opined.

FNJ Central Vice- Chairman Bala Adhikari commended the FNJ RSS chapter for embracing the culture of supporting and encouraging SEE graduates through the honour. She urged students to pursue career opportunities within the country.

Institute Province Chairman of FNJ, Balkrishna Adhikari, advised the students to focus on becoming 'a good human being rather than great one', adding that whoever tried to be a good human would ultimately secure the true goal of life.

RSS Editor-In-Chief Yekraj Pathak said, "Academic achievements would be easier if students are encouraged to seek an academic career freely." He also called on parents not to undermine hardship that's made for the cause of their children.

FNJ Chapter President Pabitra Guragain urged students to prioritse their interests, passion and goals while pursuing higher studies. The SEE graduates can dream of securing a bright future along with diligence and honesty, she suggested while congratulating both the SEE graduates and their parents.

The RSS has been observing the 'SEE Graduates Honour' for the past one decade.
