Weather to be clear in most parts

It will be partly cloudy in the hilly areas of the country today and the weather will be clear in the rest areas, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division. The weather will remain generally clear despite the impacts of the westerly wind, it said.

According to meteorologist Raju Pradhananga, it will be partly cloudy in the hilly areas, and the weather will be clear in the rest areas. A light rain along with a thunderstorm is predicted in one or two places of the hilly areas of Sudurpaschim, Karnali and Gandaki provinces.

Snowfall is also likely in high hilly and mountainous areas of Sudurpaschim, Karnali and Gandaki provinces, he said.
